About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar, high-volume recruiter to work for a fast-growing company. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish, manage multiple job openings at various levels, and seek out qualified candidates that align with our core values. You will also build strong relationships with multiple hiring managers across the country. The ideal candidate will be a BearCom ambassador in attracting the best talent for the evolving needs of the business. The Corporate Recruiter should have a proven record of pitching and selling various roles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is up for any challenge.

Requirements

  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Must have experience in reviewing and selecting candidates for multiple fields, specifically in technical, sales, and management roles.
  • Experience with sourcing and hiring Military Veterans preferred.
  • Must be comfortable building rapport and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be decisive and process oriented.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to work under pressure both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must have experience working with applicant tracking systems and different job boards like indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Must be proficient in using the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
  • Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with sourcing and hiring Military Veterans preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers on new job openings and identify best candidate sources.
  • Create, post, and maintain job openings.
  • Identify, screen, schedule and manage candidates through interviewing and hiring process.
  • Sell BearCom as an employer of choice and uphold company values.
  • Use and maintain applicant tracking system and create reports as needed.
  • Effectively communicate compensation and benefits package.
  • Close candidates create offer letters and follow processes to start background checks on selected candidates.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Oversee the full cycle recruiting process.
  • Create and manage a diverse pipeline.
  • Implement new and diverse sourcing methods.
  • Help with other projects as needed.
