About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail- oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in Hockley, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationship, supporting customers, and contributing to sales growth in a fast- paced, tram- oriented environment. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to support sales efforts, analyze market trends, and help deliver an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time entry level sales position located at our company's headquarters in Hockley, Texas.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer - facing experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Organizational and time- management skills.
  • Customer - focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including out of state, as needed.
  • Demonstrated interest in professional growth, with potential career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage assigned customer accounts.
  • Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze sales data and market information to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activity.
  • Identify and help resolve sales - related issues and customer concerns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and presentations.
  • Assist with order processing and resolve inventory or order discrepancies.
  • Provide customers with product, pricing, and promotional information.
  • Identify new prospects through research, directories, and inbound leads.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding products, services and updates.
  • Recommend products based on customers needs and interests.
  • Assist with administrative sales task, including record keeping and account follow- ups.
  • Support trade shows, customer events, and sales initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.
