About The Position

The Corporate Travel Manager position manages the travel activities of the organization and serves as the account administrator for the company’s self-booking travel tool and associated Travel Management Company. The Corporate Travel Manager aims to reduce overall travel costs, assist in policy development and enforcement, while simultaneously improving traveler accommodations and experiences. This is an exempt position.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Concur self-booking tool
  • Minimum of five years corporate travel experience

  • Vendor Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle administration of Concur booking tool, to include the following reporting of the following:
  • Run daily/weekly reporting on flights exceeding the company threshold, and use accrued airline points when possible.
  • Monitor unused ticket reporting to ensure travelers with airline credits are applying them to future travel before their expiration.
  • Run reports on travel policy violations, identifying habitual offenders, and notifying the proper authority of the violations.
  • Monitor travel trends through reporting to identify cost saving areas, and opportunities to adjust Concur travel restrictions.
  • Establish relationships with airlines and work to negotiate incentive rates with preferred airlines.
  • Utilize Concur data to establish incentive contracted rates with hotels in all PAM Health markets.
  • Serve as a resource for travelers during Travel Office business hours.
  • Handle booking and coordination of Senior Executive Team Travel, including coordination with PAM Aviation Team.
  • Handle booking of large meetings and company retreats.
  • Coordinate booking of hotels for staff in extreme weather events.
  • Quarterly reviews with vendors on performance, new promotions, new procedures/update on our account
  • Serve as vendor manager and point of contact for Options Travel.
  • Review monthly travel invoices from Options Travel and Concur for accuracy.
  • Manage business rewards program accounts to ensure PAM Health is receiving the greatest amount of rewards and using them in the most effective way possible.
  • Update travel and expense policy as needed, and serve as the internal contact for business travel policy questions.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service via courtesy, compassion and positive communication
  • Promotes the Mission and Vision of PAM Health within the work environment and the community
  • Respects dignity and confidentiality by adherence to all applicable policies and procedures
