About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Trust Administrator to join our remote trust and fiduciary services team. In this role, you will manage and administer corporate trust accounts, ensuring compliance with governing agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in trust administration, financial services, or corporate fiduciary operations, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate trust, fiduciary services, banking, or financial administration
  • Strong understanding of trust structures, bond administration, and escrow services
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with trust accounting systems or financial platforms
  • Familiarity with SEC regulations, indenture agreements, and structured finance products
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CTFA, CFA, or similar)
  • Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment

Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of corporate trust accounts, including bond issuances, escrow accounts, and structured finance transactions
  • Ensure compliance with trust indentures, agreements, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Monitor account activity, process transactions, and reconcile trust accounts
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for all trust-related activities
  • Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, trustees, and internal stakeholders
  • Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and financial agreements
  • Prepare and distribute reports, notices, and payment schedules
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, risks, or compliance issues
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal controls processes
