About The Position

Responds in a professional manner and processes with accuracy policy changes sent to Policy Administration from incoming correspondence received via the Contact Center, USPS mail, social service and housing organizations, external agents, insurance departments and attorneys. Performance is measured with an expected production and quality average.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma - Required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience writing letters or emails. - Required
  • 2+ years of experience with Gerber Life products and procedures. - Required
  • Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills. -
  • Demonstrated quality and customer service advocate. -
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills. -
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work multiple categories in the same day. -
  • Demonstrated solid judgment, problem solving, decision-making and follow-through skills. -
  • Proven solid knowledge of basic business processes, workflow and systems. -

Responsibilities

  • Processes completely and accurately multiple categories on a daily basis.
  • Contacts individuals representing other department and/or outside organizations. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be sensitive in nature.
  • Exercises good judgment and sound decision-making to determine best course of action to meet or exceed customer needs within relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
