1. Research problems and concerns from providers to respond to claims, policy and reimbursement issues in a timely and accurate manner. Proactively resolve problems to ensure necessary compliance and build trust and strong business relationships with all providers via phone, email or written correspondence. 2. Track and resolve high level correspondence/complaints in an accurate and timely manner. 3. Analyze and report trends associated with research findings. Identify chronic, inefficient patterns or behaviors. 4. Participate in special department projects. 5. Undertake provider education related activities and projects with providers to build positive and collaborative relationships which includes updates on the Provider Resource Center portal 6. Perform all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
