About The Position

Chromalloy Performance Excellence (CPEx) is the driving force behind continuous improvement within Chromalloy. The Continuous Improvement Analyst is primarily responsible for leading the CPEx Deployment within the assigned site and to develop a CPEx culture, provide technical support, training and coaching in CPEx processes/tools to grow the process improvement capabilities of the business. This role requires significant leadership skills, as well as technical continuous improvement skills such as Standard Work, Time Studies, Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Mapping, 5S Deployment, 6-Sigma Certification, hand power tools and assembly knowledge. The individual will need to drive change management, effectively communicate throughout the organization and collaborate to achieve target performance and share best practices. Position will assist in identifying ways to reduce production inefficiencies through recommendations i.e. new processes, elimination of waste, machinery enhancements and will investigate operational problems affecting production and report and advise of solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Job-related experience with Lean Operating Model Deployment preferred.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation and organizational skills with a strong track record of successful change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including expertise in RCCM methodologies.
  • Proactive, creative, and hands‑on change agent with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in the use of power tools with demonstrated mechanical assembly capability.
  • Experience conducting time studies and performing process capacity analysis.
  • Working knowledge of 5S principles with proven implementation experience.
  • Self-Starter who can creatively drive continuous improvement on their own initiative with guidance as necessary.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, computer and basic business skills. Able to bring clarity and optimal solutions from abstract information.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Strong commitment to safety compliance, including adherence to OSHA standards, proper PPE use, and safe work practices in manufacturing environments.
  • Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.
  • Any offer of employment will also be conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with company policy and applicable federal and state regulations.
