About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support critical operational processes within Corporate Properties Group (CPG). This role provides execution support for high‑visibility business processes, control activities, and documentation requirements that have expanded significantly in scope following recent organizational changes. . In this role, you will: Support execution of defined control activities by performing end‑to-end testing, monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure processes are followed consistently and meet internal standards (without ownership of regulatory programs). Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root‑cause analysis of exceptions, workflow breakdowns, and documentation gaps related to requisition approvals, expenditure authorization processes, privacy notice workflows, and other CPG support functions. Review and update procedures, job aids, and process flows to reflect current‑state operations and ensure accurate, high‑quality documentation aligned with internal expectations. Manage and track issue‑related work, including JIRA tickets, follow‑ups with Technology and business partners, and monitoring remediation progress to support consistent execution and reduce operational defects. Execute components of the CPG document‑signing governance process, ensuring appropriate routing, approvals, signatures, and notary coordination are completed accurately and on time. Support document preparation and review for property and project‑related materials, ensuring completeness, proper routing, and adherence to internal governance steps. Exercise independent judgment to manage moderate‑risk deliverables and process decisions within defined parameters. Develop and present recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen procedural clarity, and improve consistency across execution teams. Collaborate and consult with leaders, business partners, and cross‑functional teams, including Technology, Audit liaisons, Control partners, and senior team members, to support smooth and accurate process execution. Provide work direction and knowledge support to Execution teams, helping reinforce process expectations, documentation standards, and execution routines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience contributing to operational workflows or control functions where accuracy and adherence to established procedures are essential.
  • Ability to interpret procedures, follow governance requirements, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
  • Experience using workflow or issue‑tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with Technology, business partners, or cross‑functional groups.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting processes, drafting business materials, and preparing support documentation
  • Previous Real Estate Experience
