OKX is looking for a PM Director (Performance Advertising) to build and scale a results-driven creative engine for global growth with a strong focus on the U.S. market . You will own the end-to-end creative growth loop across Ad Platforms (Google / Meta / TikTok / DSPs), from insight and messaging strategy to high-volume production, testing, and iteration—improving CPA and ROI through a repeatable, scalable system. Experience operating at performance scale and partnering tightly with media buying, product, and data teams is critical.
