We’re hiring a Head of Creative Studio to build and lead Flex’s in-house Creative Studio, a lean team responsible for taking the Flex brand to the next level through on-brand, high-impact creative across all of our marketing efforts. The Creative Studio serves Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, and Partner Marketing, producing work across a wide range of media including paid ads, website and landing pages, lifecycle templates, video, copy, partner materials, event design, and other high-visibility marketing touchpoints. At Flex, creativity is about earning trust, simplifying complexity, and helping people feel more in control of their financial lives. In this role, you’ll translate that philosophy into thoughtful design and storytelling, ensuring Flex shows up clearly, cohesively, and with high craft across every marketing surface. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that partners closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Partner Marketing. You’ll work with marketing and creative leaders to translate strategy into scalable ways of working that enable high-quality creative at speed while maintaining strong brand consistency. Given our stage, this role requires a player-coach mindset, someone who can set creative direction while remaining close to the work to drive impact quickly. This is a unique opportunity to build a creative studio from the ground up, operationalize a new brand, and help define how Flex shows up as we enter our next phase of growth. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters or 2 days per week in our San Francisco Hub.
