We’re seeking a Creative Evaluation Lead, Video with hands-on experience in video creation and editing and a strong grasp of how AI is reshaping the video landscape to lead strategic initiatives that will transform our promotional video workflows. In this role, you will bridge creative, product, and technical teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions—redefining how we create promotional video at scale to support our rapidly expanding content catalog. This role truly blends art and science. It is critical to making AI production‑ready at Netflix—linking real creative production pain points, R&D, model evaluation, learning loops, and documentation into a cohesive system that helps teams reliably and confidently adopt AI‑first creative production.
