Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Creative Strategy Intern will support the development and execution of promotional and licensed go-to-market campaigns for Igloo Coolers. This role is designed as a structured learning experience that provides exposure to creative strategy, brand systems, and campaign development within a consumer products organization. The intern will collaborate closely with the Senior Designer and the broader creative team to help build scalable creative frameworks that support both brand consistency and business objectives. General Responsibilities Intern will conduct competitive and category research to inform creative direction and strategic decision-making. Will contribute to the development of style guides, creative frameworks, and modular design templates intended for use across multiple campaigns and channels. The role includes assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and participating in creative reviews and strategy discussions with senior team members. Intern will support the organization and documentation of creative systems and processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across promotional and licensing initiatives.
