About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Creative Recruiter in United States. This role is focused on identifying and attracting top creative and media talent to support a wide range of projects and client needs. The Creative Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, proactively sourcing and screening candidates, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You will work closely with project teams to understand talent requirements, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience. This position allows for flexible, variable hours averaging 20 per week, with potential for long-term or permanent growth based on performance. You will leverage your expertise in the creative, broadcast, and media production industries to deliver exceptional talent quickly and efficiently. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in creative, media, or production-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of organization in a variable-hours contract setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, media, and production roles, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Source candidates proactively using tools such as LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search, social media, and job boards.
  • Screen candidates through interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with project-specific criteria.
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance on talent pipelines, market trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation, including resumes, work samples, and references.
  • Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits discussions, and maintain consistent candidate communication.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and project-specific hiring initiatives.
