About The Position
Crew Member – Hot Chi (Downtown Chicago) Schedule: Daytime shifts only! Locations: The Sterling Food Hall – 125 S Clark St, Chicago, IL 60603 - (1030 am - 7 pm | Monday - Friday) The Old Post Office Food Hall – 433 W. Van Buren St, Chicago, IL 60607 (11 am - 3 pm | Monday - Friday) Pay: $17.00 – $18.50/hr guaranteed (based on experience) If tips exceed your guaranteed wage, they get added to your paycheck. Responsibilities
- Serve Guests: Take orders with energy, accuracy, and a smile
- Cook & Prep: Fry chicken, prepare sides, and assemble plates to Hot Chi standards
- Stay Organized: Keep stations stocked, clean, and food-safe
- Teamwork: Support your crew wherever needed—FOH, BOH, or expo
- Represent Hot Chi: Bring positivity, hustle, and hospitality to every shift
