About The Position

You’ll work the line, prep food, keep the vibe right, and make sure every guest leaves saying, “damn, that was good.”
Requirements
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn.

- Previous restaurant/fast-casual experience is great, but not required—we’ll train you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, run the register, take orders with hospitality, and keep the lobby clean and inviting.
- Packaging orders accurately, making shakes and handing off drinks.
- Assemble sandwiches, tenders, fries, and sides with speed and accuracy.
- Handle the fryers, cook chicken to crispy perfection, and maintain food safety standards.
- Prep fresh ingredients, stock the line, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen running smooth.
- Deliver top-notch hospitality and teamwork.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Support your crew and keep the energy high.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
