We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect to join our team in our Lisle office. This role will lead SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations for our clients, serving as the solution architect across enterprise CRM programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, with SAP experience strongly preferred. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow into a broader leadership role while working on high-impact client engagements. Travel: Occasional travel to client locations based on project needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing enterprise-grade CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Proven experience in CRM solution architecture and large-scale implementation delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, especially in sales and service functions.
  • Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting or implementation environment.
  • Ability to lead solution discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation direction.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud.
  • Prior experience leading SAP CRM cloud implementations as an architect or senior solution lead.
  • Experience with system integrations, enterprise architecture, and CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions for client engagements.
  • Serve as the Architect for SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementation projects.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define CRM strategy and solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient CRM architecture.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, system design, integration approach, and overall CRM roadmap.
  • Support solution planning, estimation, architecture reviews, and implementation governance.
  • Collaborate with client teams during workshops, design sessions, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure the CRM solution aligns with business goals, user needs, and enterprise standards.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to building internal CRM and SAP cloud capabilities.
