About The Position

The company is seeking a Telegram Operations Manager to oversee and operate its Telegram channels and bots on a day-to-day basis. This is an execution-focused, technically oriented role responsible for configuring bots, publishing content, and ensuring the smooth delivery of CRM campaigns via Telegram. The role works closely with the CRM planning and marketing teams and sits within the CRM Operations function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating Telegram channels and/or bots
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with bot platforms, CRM tools, or automation systems
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accurate campaign execution
  • Ability to follow campaign briefs and operational instructions precisely
  • Basic understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or user communication flows
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CRM operations or marketing automation
  • Knowledge of APIs or bot integrations
  • Experience working across multiple markets or languages

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate Telegram channels and bots on a daily basis
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Telegram bots, automated flows, and messaging logic
  • Execute CRM campaigns on Telegram in line with approved campaign plans and schedules
  • Upload, publish, and monitor content across Telegram channels and bots
  • Monitor bot performance and delivery, tracking basic KPIs such as sends, clicks, and errors
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to bots or message delivery
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation of bot configurations and messaging flows
