As the CRM Coordinator you will work closely with the CRM Manager to manage the Caesars iGaming CRM campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate CRM channels, including email marketing. You will develop and carry out CRM strategy and define campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.
