As a CRM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility is to design scalable, innovative solutions for clients, leveraging HubSpot CRM as a central component within a broader front-office ecosystem. This involves tasks such as integrating systems, architecting data flows, and creating adaptable solutions that align with clients’ existing technology stacks and business processes. We are looking for technical architects with a strong foundation in designing end-to-end solutions, whether your experience comes from CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, or from broader system architecture roles. While experience in CRM systems is beneficial, it is not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to design effective architectures, develop data strategies, leverage APIs, and create seamless system integrations that address complex business challenges. Experience in crafting innovative solutions in smaller businesses or diverse technology environments is equally valuable. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver high-impact projects. This includes crafting architecture diagrams, defining solution scopes, and creating essential documentation for implementation teams. You’ll also play a vital role in guiding clients through embracing cutting-edge technologies and processes. To enable our teams to work synchronously, this role would be best suited for someone based in Central or Eastern time zones.
