Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide
  • Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options
  • Explain available programs clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication
  • Provide ongoing post-enrollment support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, mentorship sessions, and product training
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team goals
