Client appointments are requested in advance—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Present and clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide post-enrollment support
- Maintain accurate and detailed digital records
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls
