About The Position

This Position is responsible for Small Format distribution/merchandising execution and may include targeted Large Format accounts of all MBG products in the assigned customers of responsibility.

Requirements

• Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
• Good communication skills and ability to process change.
• Good interpersonal skills and must be able to manage and motivate all levels of the workforce.
• Must maintain good computer skills to include Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and sales software.
• Understand basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures
• Ability to manage an inventory system
• Ability to comprehend policies & procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage the merchandising of MBG within assigned customers
• Order product for all assigned accounts.
• Ensure Retail/Pricing Execution in our marketplace while maintaining MBG merchandising standards
• Put up Point of Sale as mandated by MBG for all promotions
• Execute MBG promotional Calendar
• Execute PCNA promotional Calendar
• Execute Sunkist/Schweppes promotional calendar with MBG
• Present and Maintain Customer Development Agreements
• Maintain Customer Service Expectations in accounts of responsibility
• Ensure back room inventory is neat and organized
• Fill any OOS items on Gondola and Secondary Displays
• Fill any OOS items in Vault doors/FEM’s/ or any other cold equipment
• Ensure Product Rotation minimizing OOD product
