About The Position
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center environment. The ideal candidate must be confident working in fast-paced trauma settings and capable of handling a wide range of CT procedures with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Level 1 Trauma experience required
- Open to performing a variety of CT procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to function in high-pressure, emergency-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently in trauma and acute care settings
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare and position patients appropriately
- Administer contrast as required (per scope and certification)
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergent situations
- Collaborate with radiologists, trauma teams, and emergency department staff
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards
