About The Position
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment in a hospital-based radiology department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be comfortable working independently during overnight hours, and have experience with advanced imaging systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience
- Active New York Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT (CT) Certification – Required
- Experience with Siemens CT scanners
- Experience with facility-specific systems (to be confirmed)
- PACS experience
- EPIC EMR experience
Nice To Haves
- IV Certification
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders
- Operate Siemens CT equipment efficiently and safely
- Utilize PACS for image storage and review
- Administer IV contrast (preferred)
- Maintain radiation safety standards
- Accurately document procedures in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide high-quality patient care during night operations
