About The Position

This role oversees the Commit Partnership subgrant to ensure full compliance, milestone achievement, and partner engagement while supporting district-wide CTE data strategy, analytics, and reporting to drive improved postsecondary access and outcomes. The role also supports other projects, including the Virtual School.

Responsibilities

  • Lead grant management for the Commit Partnership subgrant, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Commit, ContigoEd, and other grant partners to ensure aligned strategy and seamless communication.
  • Develop and maintain the district’s CTE data strategy, including data governance, analytics priorities, and integration of real-time data systems, particularly as they relate to career centers
  • Monitor and report progress on key outcomes and leading indicators related to early college access, credit attainment, and postsecondary enrollment. Support baseline analysis and ongoing evaluation by providing data access, validating insights, and collaborating on continuous improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including teams across CCMR to drive implementation of grant strategies and career center and virtual school planning
  • Manage budget oversight for grant-funded components and ensure all expenditures align to grant requirements and allowable uses.
