About The Position

The Learning Experience in Timnath is seeking an experienced and passionate Curriculum Specialist to support classroom quality and ensure consistent implementation of our early childhood education programs. This role partners closely with the Center Director and teaching team to maintain high instructional standards while supporting teacher development and student engagement. Requirements

Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements
PDIS Level 2 or higher required
Early childhood education coursework or degree preferred
Experience in a licensed early childhood classroom required
Must pass Colorado state background check
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum planning
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to support multiple classrooms and teaching teams
Passion for high quality early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Experience mentoring or coaching teachers preferred

Responsibilities

Support teachers in implementing age appropriate curriculum and classroom activities
Monitor classroom quality and provide coaching and guidance to teaching staff
Ensure lesson plans and curriculum standards are consistently followed
Assist with teacher training, onboarding, and ongoing development
Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes
Help maintain compliance with Colorado licensing standards
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment
