Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Procedures, Quality Management System (QMS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply, such as OSHA. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business. Able to take ownership of tasks and duties within the department and hold yourself accountable for such actions. Must be self-driven and able to start projects and tasks with little to no supervision. Deep clean restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms and offices, including dusting, mopping and vacuuming and cleaning windows. Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins, disposing of materials properly. Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs. Safely use industrial vacuums, floor scrubbers and buffers. Monitor and restock inventory, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning chemicals. Able to disinfect surfaces, including desktops and shelves. Background in handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals. Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems. Assist in setting up and breaking down areas for special events or meetings, as needed.
