About The Position

The Customer Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, providing product information, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to upsell. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will collaborate directly with the regionally assigned TSM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management (industry experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming customer calls and, create sales orders, resolve issues, and provide updates as requested by customer.
  • Conduct outbound calls to organic and existing customers to increase sales revenue and bring brand awareness to the organization.
  • Prioritize engagement with mid-tier customers while maintaining close collaboration with the regionally assigned Territory Sales Manager..
  • Utilize provided data files to create efficient and knowledgeable outbound customer call plans.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding pricing and availability.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and communicate timely and accurate delivery ETA’s to the customer.
  • Verify and update customer contact information, and customer shop attributes data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers proactively to ensure all needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Support, assist, and ensure open communication with Territory Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue, customers with organic growth potential.
  • Periodic overnight travel for meetings, training, or sales support.
