As a member of the Customer Care Team, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for delivering a consistent, elevated customer service experience and related administrative support by answering incoming customer calls, placing customer service and supply orders, assisting with customer registration on our website and helping to ensure general efficient workflow of the team.
