About The Position

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic team specializing in face-to-face customer engagement and brand awareness campaigns for nationally recognized clients. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with people, creating positive interactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Our client builds brand presence by implementing field marketing programs inside retail locations designed to drive sales, strengthen local brand awareness, and create meaningful customer connections. The Customer Experience Associate plays a key role in representing our client’s products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers. This individual will focus on creating positive customer experiences, answering questions, identifying needs, and guiding customers through the sales and service process while building long-term brand loyalty.
