About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented individual to be the first point of contact for our customers—both when they walk through our doors and when they scroll through their feeds. As our Customer Experience & Digital Content Creator , you will balance professional front-desk operations with the creative execution of our social media presence.

Requirements

  • Dual-Threat Personality: You are organized enough to manage a busy phone line but creative enough to know which trending audio will work for a Reel.
  • Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Experience with basic editing apps (CapCut, Canva) is a huge plus.
  • Professionalism: You understand that in a dealership, "looking the part" matters.
  • Adaptability: You can pivot from a complex customer inquiry to grabbing your phone to film a lightning-fast "New Arrival" video.
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role (Receptionist, Retail, or Hospitality).
  • A portfolio or "feed" of social media content you have created (personal or professional).
  • A passion for cars is a must!

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with basic editing apps (CapCut, Canva) is a huge plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Creation
  • Capture the Win: Take high-quality photos and videos of "Sold" deliveries and happy customers.
  • Inventory Spotlights: Create engaging Reels/TikToks featuring new arrivals, "Car of the Week," or unique features on the lot.
  • Engagement: Monitor comments and DMs during downtime at the desk, ensuring a fast response time for potential leads.
  • Reception & Showroom Support
  • First Impressions: Greet every customer with a professional and welcoming attitude as they enter the showroom.
  • The Switchboard: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to Sales, Service, or Parts with speed and accuracy.
  • Administrative Assist: Provide light clerical support to the sales & service teams, such as filling out key tags, stock tags and making service calls.
