Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. (Not required.)

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, displays, and website assets
  • Edit and produce marketing videos for our website, social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
  • Create engaging content including educational articles, landing pages, social posts, and email campaigns
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads across digital channels
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Support email marketing and marketing automation initiatives
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor budget allocation and ROI
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Monitor traffic, conversions, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Use data insights to guide campaign improvements
