As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding our customers through every stage of their relocation.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office environment (moderate to heavy volume)
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- The ability to stay cool under pressure, think on your feet, and find solutions fast
- A positive, adaptable, team-player attitude
Responsibilities
- Coordinate relocation services and ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams
- Deliver top-notch service that makes every customer feel valued and supported
- Help maintain Ace’s reputation for excellence and dependability
