What You’ll Do

This role is a mix of customer service, retention, and business-minded decision-making.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (we love grads!).
• Natural communicator with a knack for empathy and active listening.
• Quick thinker with calm confidence—even in high-stress calls.
• Tech-savvy with CRMs and digital tools (FieldRoutes knowledge = bonus points).

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers
• Assist with scheduling, service questions, and account concerns
• De-escalate issues and retain customers whenever possible
• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions
• Balance customer satisfaction with the best interest of the business
• Document interactions clearly and accurately
• Work toward performance goals while delivering quality support
