Our suite of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions helps professionals across healthcare and aging services streamline their operations, save time, reduce food waste, and meet regulatory requirements, so they can focus on what matters most: improving the quality of patient and resident care. We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Operations Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Implementation Operations, you’ll be assisting the project management team in keeping the queue flowing and aiding in setups and configurations of our hardware.

Requirements

  • I have knowledge of data analytics, project management, or both. I gained my knowledge through 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role.
  • I have experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Planhat
  • I’m familiar with project management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management
  • I’m exceptional at processing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency
  • I’m extra passionate working collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure seamless project implementation goals.
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage project queues – manage the project queue by processing new account alerts and projects daily, ensuring timely project setup, accurate subscription workflows, and proper assignment of resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Trainers and Project coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed, as well as assisting with basic remote hardware setup for implementation projects as needed.
  • Keep documentation up to date – assist with creating and updating internal process documentation
