We are looking for a highly organized, customer-obsessed marketer to build and scale Personetics’ lifecycle and customer marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and product, responsible for designing engagement programs that deepen relationships, drive adoption, support retention and expansion, and generate advocacy. This is an individual-contributor role with high visibility, cross-functional impact, and direct ownership of lifecycle strategy, content development, execution, and measurement.
