About The Position
We are looking for passionate and friendly seasonal Customer Loading Assistants, who love people and plants, to join our team! If you like a variety of tasks in your day, including working outside, lifting, loading trucks and customer vehicles, and customer service, then this is the perfect position for you! Are willing to learn new things and improve themselves in service and product knowledge Job Requirements and Responsibilities: Loaders are key to our success for our busy retail stores. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations of retail service. The Loaders play an important role in our stores because they are generally the last people the customers see when they leave our stores. This position allows for multi-tasking on many different projects; however, the primary focus is loading customer vehicles after a purchase.
Requirements
- Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Adjust to seasonal temperature
- Must pass criminal background check
- Maneuver racks and pallet jacks
Responsibilities

- retrieving carts from the parking lots
