About The Position

We are looking for passionate and friendly Customer Loading Assistants who love people and plants to join our team! The Loading Assistants play an important role in our stores because they are generally the last people the customers see when they leave our stores. This position allows for multi-tasking on many different projects; however, the primary focus is loading customer vehicles after a purchase. During the holiday season your main goal is to provide service to the customers and maintain the product in the outside Nursery lot. Other duties include stocking shelves and benches with product, unloading delivery trucks, retrieving carts from the parking lots, assisting customers with their questions and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements

Customer Loading Assistants are key to our success for our busy retail stores. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations of retail service.
Must be able to: Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
Lift up to 50 pounds
Adjust to seasonal temperature
Must pass criminal background check
Maneuver racks and pallet jacks

Responsibilities

Loading customer vehicles after a purchase
Provide service to the customers and maintain the product in the outside Nursery lot during the holiday season
