We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to own customer advocacy programs, build and maintain our customer proof infrastructure, and partner cross-functionally to ensure Ambience's strongest asset, our customers, is activated strategically across every stage of the GTM motion. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing and Advocacy, you will be the person who knows our advocates deeply, maintains the most current and comprehensive library of customer evidence, and ensures the right stories reach the right audiences at the right time. You will market through customers, not to them.
