You’ll act as the bridge between customers and the field team, ensuring jobs start correctly, finish strong, and close out professionally. Requirements

Customer-facing work experience required
Comfort working in a partially field-based role and visiting job sites required
Strong communication, professionalism, attention to detail and follow-through required

Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Meet customers on job sites to kick-off the project and introduce the project team
Confirm job details and expectations before work begins
Conduct post-job walkthroughs to ensure quality and attention to detail
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions or concerns
Follow up on job completion and assist with payment collection
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handoffs between teams
