About The Position

You will work alongside the Manager, Sales Associates, and Designers as a team to provide our customers with an exceptional experience by answering calls, resolving customer concerns and keeping the showroom customer-ready. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior Administrative or Customer Service or related experience
  • Professional dress and appearance

  • Clear and effective communicator – Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Strong problem-solving skills – Able to identify issues and find practical solutions.
  • Comfortable learning new technology – Willing and able to quickly adapt to new computer programs and systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills – Provides a positive experience for clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Able to multitask across systems – Navigates multiple technologies while remaining attentive and engaged with customers.
  • Understands and executes LZB policies and procedures and communicates this properly to customers.
  • Utilizes computer to input comments and answer questions regarding order status, account balance, and inventory availability.
  • Maintains professional phone etiquette, takes detailed phone messages and returns calls same day.
