Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
- Reliable internet connection for virtual consultations
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients through scheduled video consultations
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Manage follow-up communication and client support
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team meetings
