About The Position

Classic Rock Fabrication is hiring a Customer Service / Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Cranberry Township. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers and a key link between our internal teams—making sure every project runs smoothly, on time, and with exceptional attention to detail. What We’re Looking For Strong background in customer service and/or project coordination Experience in home design or the kitchen & bath industry preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills A proactive problem-solver with a focus on accuracy and follow-through What You’ll Do As a Customer Service/Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in working alongside our business partners and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from purchasing to production to installation. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. Supporting quoting, ordering, scheduling, installation, and post-installation inquiries. Generating quotes and job orders in our ERP system, Stone Profit Systems - aka SPS. Coordinating project details to ensure smooth operations. Scheduling templating and installation and assisting with billing. Collaborating with Strategic Account Managers to maintain strong partner relationships. Why Classic Rock? Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information professionally—even when addressing challenges.
  • Sound reasoning and problem-solving abilities; able to interpret various types of instructions and anticipate potential issues.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home design or the kitchen & bath industry preferred
  • Experience with countertops and/or cabinetry is a plus but not required.
