This position is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for Equifax Mortgage customers. Our customers are mortgage professionals seeking assistance with our services offered. We respond to inbound customer/consumer email and telephone inquiries regarding credit reports, other products/services, order status, and general questions. A successful Customer Service Representative will be able to drive customer satisfaction by accepting ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries.
