About The Position

Be the first smile they see. The voice they trust. The heart of our front desk. At Country View Veterinary Service, we believe veterinary care is about more than medicine. It’s about relationships, trust, and making both pets and their people feel supported every step of the way. We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team and help create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our hospital. If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit for you. Community-Centered, High-Quality Medicine - Our full-service veterinary hospital provides wellness care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and preventive medicine while maintaining a warm, community-centered approach. Teamwork Culture - Our doctors, technicians, and support staff collaborate throughout the day to provide excellent care while supporting one another in a respectful, team-focused environment.
