We provide high-quality tuxedos and suits through a simple, technology-driven rental and purchase experience designed to make formalwear easy and accessible. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Generation Tux is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is passionate about helping customers and creating a positive experience with every interaction. In this role, you will support customers by phone and email, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure each customer receives timely and thoughtful assistance. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy collaborating with a team, communicating clearly, and delivering high-quality service, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • 2+ years working in customer service (in person or virtually)
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms(email, chat, social media) to answer customer needs
