About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at Busy Bee Gold plays an essential role in delivering a welcoming, professional and detail focused customer experience. Working at the front counter, the CSR is responsible for accurately receiving garments, documenting special care instructions and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the garment care team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, clear communication and a calm, organized approach in a fast paced environment. The CSR helps ensure every garment is properly recorded, handled with care and communicated clearly to the operations team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional and takes pride in providing excellent service while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills and strong English comprehension
  • Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
  • Comfortable learning about garment types, fabrics and care requirements
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide clear and helpful communication regarding garment services and timelines.
  • Ensure every client interaction reflects the high service standards of Busy Bee Gold.
  • Inspect garments carefully and identify stains, fabric types and special care requirements.
  • Accurately tag garments and document detailed instructions for the operations team.
  • Communicate potential risks or special care requirements clearly to clients.
  • Identify luxury or delicate garments and communicate special handling requirements to the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the POS system and garment tracking systems.
  • Ensure garments move through the intake and pickup process smoothly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with operations and tailoring teams.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front counter environment.
  • Ensure workstations remain clean, structured and efficient.
  • Support quality control by ensuring garment tracking and documentation remain accurate.
