Bill Colwell Ford is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support our Mobile Service Department. Our Mobile Service Van allows customers to have many routine vehicle services completed at their home or workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating those appointments, communicating with customers, and helping expand the Mobile Service program throughout our community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and building relationships with local businesses. No automotive experience required — we will train the right person.
