In this multifaceted role, no two days are exactly the same. You will act as the central hub of our office, ensuring smooth operations through the following: The Ultimate First Impression: Greet and check in visitors, notify internal hosts, and manage the front lobby atmosphere with professionalism. Communication Hub: Manage our telephone switchboard, routing calls efficiently to ensure customers and partners reach the right expert every time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Office teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer inquiries are resolved. Administrative Excellence: Generate miscellaneous reports and support the team with special projects as needed to keep our workflows optimized.

Requirements

  • Proven background in customer service or front-office administration.
  • An enthusiastic "can-do" attitude that reflects our company values.
  • Comfort working within multiple software systems for data entry and report generation.
  • A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when handling sample requests and telephone inquiries.
