About The Position

Role Overview: The Customer Success Intern – Clinical Intelligence will support the Clinical Intelligence Customer Success team by improving process documentation, enhancing operational efficiency through emerging AI tools, and contributing to CRM data consistency within HubSpot. This internship is ideal for a student who is organized, tech-curious, eager to learn healthcare operations, and excited to help scale a rapidly growing Customer Success organization.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, organized documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Coursework or experience in healthcare, health IT, clinical environments, or data/operational systems
  • Interest in process improvement, workflow design, or customer experience operations

Responsibilities

  • Process Documentation – Capture, document, and standardize key internal workflows, helping build a library of playbooks that increase consistency and scalability across the CSM team.
  • AI Tools & Efficiency Projects – Research, test, and pilot AI applications (such as Copilot or Claude) to identify opportunities to automate tasks and reduce manual effort within Customer Success operations.
  • CRM & Operational Support – Support HubSpot data quality by maintaining accurate customer information, account activities, and health scoring inputs. Help define templates, saved views, and reporting structures used by the team.
  • Collaborate closely with CSMs, Team Leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operational improvements.
